Many people don’t realize that after a website gets built, it also needs to be maintained. Due to constant security threats and updates to browsers and operating systems, the code in your website needs to be updated. Most of the time these updates are a breeze, but every once in a while, things happen and stuff doesn’t work correctly after the update. That’s why I recommend you let me take care of these updates for you.
What’s included:
1. Updates to any plugins or WordPress core that need to be updated.
2. Backup to the site before the update, so if anything does break, we have something to fall back on.
3. Problem resolution. If something does break, I will do my best to fix it. Usually, it’s something I’ve dealt with before and is fairly easy for me to rectify. If it’s something that can’t be fixed, I’ll roll you back to how the site was before the update and we can discuss what needs to be done. Leaving it in an outdated version is never the best answer, so we’ll need to have a discussion about what the options are.
Cost
$25/month for most sites.
More complicated sites may be more. Please contact me to get a quote today.
